This was my first ever Drysuit, purchased ahead of my March 2018 DUSAC novice trip to Carraroe. The suit is perfect for staying warm in irish winter diving and it has served me very well since I've bought it. I have never had any leaks from the suit itself. I have always went over board with cleaning and zip maintenance and hence the suit has held up well.
It would ideally fit someone around 180cm / 6ft tall, a build of about 80Kg and shoe size UK 10. You are welcome to try one the suit before you buy. The suit is a Telescopic torso build which means the torso height can be adjusted / tightened via a few straps.
Neoprene socks, Latex Wrist Seals. I replaced the original Latex Neck Seal and the neoprene neck cover with a thick Neoprene neck seal. The neck seal is nice and tight and has never leaked any water on me, and is very warm.
Apeks inflator hose connection and the Apeks low-profile dump valve in the standard position.
Features two Velcro pockets and plastic D-rings compatible for use with DIR style pocket attachments.
As the suit has neoprene socks, you will need to wear either neoprene wetsuit boots or drysuit rock boots or similiar to protect the neoprene socks when walking over rocks etc. I intent to keep the northern diver wetsuit boots that I had always used with them so these will unfortunately not be included in the sale.
